HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED
- Simply White finish is crafted of solid sap gum wood, poplar wood, MDF, engineered wood and basswood veneers.
- White Oak finish is crafted from solid oak wood, poplar wood, oak veneers, MDF and engineered wood.
- Each child-safe, water-based finish is carefully applied in a multiple step process as our commitment to lasting quality.
- All wood is kiln-dried, a process that ensures that the furniture will never split, warp, crack or mildew.

DETAILS THAT MATTER
- Designed to grow with your child, this easily adapts from crib (sold separately) to toddler bed and later to a headboard for a double-sized bed (both toddler bed and double-sized bed kits are sold separately).
- When purchasing a convertible crib, it is strongly recommended to purchase the toddler or double size bed conversion kits at the same time.

CARE
- Dust often using a clean, soft, dry cloth.
- Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish.
- Parents should ensure a safe environment for the child by checking regularly to see that every component is properly fastened and securely in place.
- Do not over tighten fasteners, as this may cause distortion or breakage.
- Carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss or damage.
- Store assembly instructions in the envelope attached to the mattress base for future reference.
SHIPPING
Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
