Does Pottery Barn Kids ship merchandise to Canadian addresses?

Can I order items to be sent as gifts to the United States?
PotteryBarnKids.com cannot currently support Canadian billing addresses online. However, if you would like to have a gift sent to a United States address, please call 1-866-753-1349 (or 1-717-214-6330 if calling from outside the United States) and a customer representative will be happy to assist you.

Does Pottery Barn Kids ship catalogues to Canadian addresses?

Do Canadian stores have in-store gift registry?
We are pleased to announce the addition of Pottery Barn Kids Baby & Gift Registry in our Canadian Pottery Barn Kids stores! This service is provided exclusively for our Canadian Registrants and is available in all our Canadian Pottery Barn Kids retail stores. For assistance with creating or purchasing from a Canadian Registry, please contact one of our Canadian Pottery Barn Kids Stores.

Can I order items from the U.S. Pottery Barn Kids gift registry for delivery within the United States?
Purchases from a U.S. gift registry can be made through our customer care center by calling 1-866-753-1349 (or 1-717-214-6330 if calling from outside the United States). The customer service representative will ensure that the purchase is updated in the gift registry.

What is Pottery Barn Kids return and exchange policy?
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority.

For purchases made after July 13th, 2008: If, within 7 days of delivery for Design Studio furniture or within 30 days of purchase for all other products, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value Returns of Design Studio furniture purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. We also cannot accept returns of final sale items which are identified by a price which ends in .97.

For returns of items purchased from your Pottery Barn registry, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange for the merchandise within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.

An original receipt is required for all refunds. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment; cash purchase refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque and may take approximately two weeks to process from the time of request.

All returns without an original receipt or with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit card. For returns without an original receipt, the refund or exchange will be issued at the current selling price. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the original purchase price. Photo Identification is required for all returns without the original receipt.

Can I exchange or return merchandise in Canada that was purchased in the United States or vice versa?
Cross-border returns are not allowed. Purchases made in the US can only be returned in the US and purchases made in Canada can only be returned in Canada.

Does Pottery Barn Kids offer gift cards?
We are pleased to offer Pottery Barn Kids gift cards available for purchase in any amount. Gift cards are redeemable in any of our stores, and also accepted at Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma and West Elm stores. Gift cards are only redeemable in the country in which they were issued; terms and conditions are applied to gift cards/gift certificates. If you purchase an item as a gift, we will gladly include a gift receipt or wrap the gift at your request.
