Expertly hand tufted from pure wool, our ultra-plush rug brings timeless appeal to your child's favourite space. Carefully constructed with a non-slip backing, it supplies supreme softness and durability.
DETAILS THAT MATTER
- Hand tufted of 100% Indian wool in India. This product celebrates and preserves artisan handcraft traditions around the world.
- Wool provides a super-soft feel and has a natural ability to resist staining and soiling.
- Cut pile has softness while resisting matting and crushing.
- Non-slip backing is made of recycled canvas fabric with odorless synthetic latex adhesive, which makes it non-slip for added safety. The synthetic latex provides a more durable and flexible backing that reduces odor and extends the rug’s life. It does not present a risk to those with latex allergies, nor does it dry out or break down over time.
- NOTE: This rug has passed additional testing and is rated for medium traffic commercial use. Medium traffic is defined as areas that have consistent walking and sitting traffic, but do not endure heavy pivoting and wheeled luggage traffic. Examples of medium traffic include: area rugs in guestrooms and suites, lobbies and ancillary public spaces.

CARE
- Do not pull any loose threads. Use scissors to simply cut the ends.
- Vacuum regularly and/or shake to remove dust.
- Avoid prolonged moisture.
- Blot spills immediately with a white cloth.
- Professional rug cleaning is recommended as needed.
- Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rug.
- Use rug protectors under heavy furniture.
- Shedding of loose fibres is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming. For commercial applications: vacuum a minimum of twice per day for at least the first six months to extend the life of rug.

SHIPPING
Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
