- Square inward sloped arm.
- Manual headrest adjustment from flat to 90 degrees. This feature is to provide extra headrest support, similar to traveling on a plane for comfort.
- Recline button is located on the exterior of right arm.
- Chair glides and swivels 240° and has 3 recline positions: sitting, reading and full recline.
- Power cord is located under the seat frame and is 8’ long.

- To uphold the quality in our products, we offer a 3-year warranty on power recliner electrical faceplates, power lines and motors.
- We will provide free replacements for those parts within the warranty period, those parts are available for purchase outside the warranty period. The warranty start date may vary, contact our customer care to learn more.
- We are happy to provide a video and detailed instructions to help replace the parts. We recommend contacting a repair professional if you need assistance. Express delivery for replacement parts is available for an additional fee.

SHIPPING
Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery" on the product page.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
