• Made of rugged, water-resistant 600-denier recycled polyester.
• Interior is lined with 150-denier recycled polyester.
• Yarn-dyed fibre has incredibly rich colour that holds its vibrancy over time.
• All backpacks have adjustable straps that are contoured and padded to ensure a comfortable fit; padded back panel adds extra cushioning.
• Exterior side pockets are designed to hold any of our water bottles (sold separately).

Water Bottles

• This item must be thoroughly washed before first use. Preheat or precool your bottle with hot or cold water before filling with the desired beverage.
• This item is dishwasher safe.
• This item is NOT microwave safe.
• Do not use with liquids that are warmer than 122° F (50° C).
• Do not use this bottle with carbonated drinks, as they can cause the drinking spout to forcefully eject.
• To prevent scolding, always pour hot beverages slowly into a cup and do not drink directly from the bottle.
• Do not completely fill the bottle. Overfilling the bottle can interfere with the tightness of the drinking spout causing the contents to leak/spill on the user.
• Please ensure bottle is in upright position before pressing the button to open the lid.
• After use, leave the bottle in upright position for 2-3 seconds before closing lid. Residual beverage content may remain in the drinking spout, causing leakage.
• To prevent dents and maintain stable heat retention, do not drop or knock against hard objects. It will dent and degrade the interior vacuum (heat retention efficiency).
• Bottle can be used with or without interior straw. If using WITH the straw, it is not necessary to tilt the bottle up while drinking, as the straw reaches down to the bottom of the bottle.
• To open lid, pull down latch and press button – lid will pop up. When lid is closed, snap latch back into place to lock lid and prevent beverages from leaking.
• The silicone spout and air vent panel can be removed from the lid for cleaning.
• To avoid and leakage of bottle contents, make sure the silicone panel is pushed back firmly in place underneath and on top of the spout and air vent.

Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
