HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED
- Expertly crafted from solid poplar wood, spruce wood, rubberwood, plywood, oak veneer and MDF.
- The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture with flawless surfaces and consistent colour tones.
- All wood is kiln-dried, a process that ensures that the furniture will never split, warp, crack or mildew.
- Assembled with tenon-and-groove construction with screw joinery for structural integrity.
- Features an upholstered headboard with a Performance Rustic Linen Parchment fabric made of 55% linen and 45% cotton.
- Mattress platform, which is made of metal, offers two height options to accommodate your growing baby.
- Platform can be adjusted to the following heights: 18.5" 9".
- Finished in child-safe, oil-based paint which provides durability, depth of colour and richness to each piece.

Crib & Conversion Kit
- Dust often using a clean, soft, dry cloth.
- Blot spills immediately, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish.
- Parents should ensure a safe environment for the child by checking regularly to see that every component is properly fastened and securely in place.
- Do not over tighten fasteners, as this may cause distortion or breakage.
- Carefully package all original hardware to protect from loss or damage.
- Store assembly instructions in the envelope attached to the mattress base for future reference.
SHIPPING
Standard Parcel Shipping with Front Door Delivery
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.
Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping with In-Home Delivery & Assembly
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items.
